About the Application
The SMRP Automator (Dietetics) is a specialized Chrome Extension designed to streamline the clinical workflow for Dietetic Officers. It connects your local Google Sheets data (Sistem E-Pelaporan KKM) directly to the Ministry of Health's SMRP (MyHDW) web portal, reducing manual data entry errors and saving valuable clinical time.
Why do we need access to your data?
To function correctly, this application requests the spreadsheets.readonly permission. Here is exactly how we use it:
- Read Only: We only read the specific patient row you select in the extension. We cannot modify or delete your spreadsheets.
- Data Minimization: We only fetch clinical fields (Diagnosis, Diet Type, Dates) required to fill the SMRP form.
- No Storage: Patient data is processed locally in your browser to perform the automation and is never sent to external servers or third parties.
The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
